How do I add a document from WhatsApp, Mail or Files?
Press and hold the document (or open it), tap Share and choose DueOwl. DueOwl reads the dates and details on your iPhone and shows them to check; pick a category and save. Paper letters: tap + in DueOwl and scan them with the camera.
How do I find a document?
Use the search box at the top of Home: type the name, the provider, a person, the car, a policy number or a word inside the document — DueOwl reads the text of your PDFs and scans on your iPhone. The Documents tab also lists every file, by category or as one list.
How do I send a document to someone?
Open the document and tap Send: it goes by WhatsApp, email, AirDrop or anything else on your share sheet.
How do I share DueOwl with my partner?
In the app: Settings → Show invite QR (or send the invite link). Your partner installs DueOwl, taps “Join your partner” and scans it. You then both see the same household, live.
Where is my data stored?
In your own iCloud. Your documents and details never come to us — the app only sends anonymous usage counts (no names, amounts or files), which you can turn off in Settings.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Without DueOwl Pro you can still view, search, send and export everything you added, and your reminders keep working; adding new items needs Pro (£2.99 a month or £19.99 a year, one subscription for the whole household).
How do I export everything?
Settings → Export documents gives you a ZIP of all your items and documents, any time, with or without Pro.
Is DueOwl available on Android?
Not yet — DueOwl is iPhone-only (iOS 17 or later), on the UK App Store.
